Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There is nothing to like there.

Dislikes

They are not bothered about their employees. They want someone who is don't want salary and ready to work for them. They are not given salaries & other incentives properly to employees .If anybody don't want to move another level of their career , those people can join in Eden Food Products. In between 2021 - 2022 so many employees quit from there because of they're not paying salaries.
