Company has very good products and is very good for its customers.

...company only knows to put pressure for work but support is just a spelling here. Moreover if they don't pay or keep the reimbursement amount and incentives, there is no one to clear the same. First of all there package is too low and low is the increament amount after achieving the targets and then also if they are not paying the incentives then what is the use of working for them. They don't even give the advisor's contests at time.

salary is very low. there didn't increase. 4 years am working but my salary 8000 only. thats why i resign my job. qm waiting more than 4 month for my pension .still there didn't provide my pension amount and experience amount....

...abt com. 1st Three hears was good, but after covid company behaving like weird. No hike No proposion No increment Branch counter guy sent for premium collection like recovery officer.

No balance in professional n personal. No time limit. Hr's are just show piese for other than sales recruitment. Only sales oriented company, which is good for company but not for employees.

On time salary. Friendly environment. Good office set up. Excellent customer service. Good ethics on all parameters.

There are supportive senior boss. In covid19 salary not break it's release every last day of month. All work perform work from home.

There are job role branch operations executive but still add some extra profile like calling to customer, collect renuwal like target based.
