The bonus is higher as compared to salary rise

Compensation is descent, but the growth is slow. The work pressure is very high some times i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, Managers do not value an individual Unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive Appreciation emails from clients, but they mostly go unnoticed. There is no Mid year appraisal, They are very poor interms of technology, which they need to work upon.

Too much politics, weak HR (too much power to regional and zonal head ) . bosses don't like feedback.... No value addition , only work /work/work culture. No learnings.....ur seniors take credit of ur hard work and blame u for the branch culture......last 2 year were horrible....

Salary on time, system is too good and working culture is very well

Dislikes

They have only 1 product LAP only self-employed profile, where turnover is more than 1 crore. They are doing only Approved and Regularized property but ROI is 2% to 2.5% is above than other banks. They want cream file like HDFC Bank but not offer HDFC Bank ROI.

Edelweiss was taking care of thier employees in lockdown also give salary time to time. Work culture is very good and have great experience to work with edelwiess.

There are some issue but i dont want to share it about company. Over all it is good company.

...ment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Edelweiss group will close the SME Lending entity soon that's why i lost my job otherwise company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
