You get to operate at your own will as all higher management are based out of Mumbai. There's no organisation discipline to implement so you are free to exercise your own, like flexibility in office timings and other agenda.

...y. People have been 3 years plus in the vertical with zero growth or incentives. They declare incentives but later do not pay them. Fires employees over Microsoft Teams call. HR is useless.

No proper onboard and training..too much of cost cutting..don't spend at all on learning & development because of cost cutting.Horrible work culture.No place to sit.No basic infrastructure... very demotivating
