...omment is dislikes ,i have work more than 4and half years but,as a financially .there has been growth, and no any salary growth shows in last 4 year .finally i have left the job for financial and salary.

Salary on time, system is too good and working culture is very well

Dislikes

They have only 1 product LAP only self-employed profile, where turnover is more than 1 crore. They are doing only Approved and Regularized property but ROI is 2% to 2.5% is above than other banks. They want cream file like HDFC Bank but not offer HDFC Bank ROI.

...ation. Presently i am unemployed and doesnot have money even for my basic needs.I expecting 6 month salary as compensation, but company not willing to give compensation to me. Over all in my mind negative impression

...almost harass you in terms of work life. They do not provide any reimbursements. They just want you to run for business whether you have to spend your whole salary in doing so.

Fixed pay is less as they compensate by giving bonuses. Lot of restructuring. Job insecurity due to closure of many business verticals currently
