Company HR policy is Good. Only HR Understanding the Employees..My all Coligues Nature is Good Except my Boss and Management..They also given Incentive to Operation Team as per Monthly Target Achievement.

...e the Most Experience Employees just because of Mention Reason of Cost Cutting..Boss and Seniors are not Liable to Pay Promise..They are Layer and Cheat with Employees Emotions.They are not Full Fill there Promises..Seniors Do The Partiality with There Employees..Home Loans Funding is Stop Due to Covid 19 But Sales Team are doing Cross Selling in Insurance and Collect the EMI of Customers but Still Seniors are Decide to Remove Those Employees who Complete There Targets.. I am Working in Edelwiese Housing Finance STHL Department with 2 year 7 month as a Operation Executive but My Seniors are Remove Me and My Coligues without any Information Mentioning Cost Cutting. I am Suggesting to all not going such a that kind of company who are not giving a Value of Employees in Critical Situations.

...unsatisfied,I used to work till 11 pm and sometimes it was like 2am in closings. Instead of too much hard work thier salary structure was very poor..and wat to say so much corporate politics..no employee benefits at all..

Regarding Job security is fine, but salary hike not good, they provide quarterly incentives its depend on the work and the managers decision. some time you can get incentives than the expectations. Regarding work culture, the employees are busy with there targets they cannot help to other. every one involves in there work and try to reach targets for the incentives. NO one help others. there is some training regarding work but it is not much helpful.

Trainers are not strong in work knowledge or subject knowledge. work pressure is very high. sometime need to work 10-11 hours.

Good work life balance. Very employee centric and open door policy. Good bonus

Dislikes

Fixed pay is less as they compensate by giving bonuses. Lot of restructuring. Job insecurity due to closure of many business verticals currently
