Compensation is decent, if been compared to industry standards for MBA or equivalent degree holders. Very high work pressure, No one is there to listen to your problems, no HR, no manager, no senior member is there for seeking any kind of help or resolving any problems. No proper support from manager in any aspect. Lack of motivation and learning. Person as well as as as-as development is lacking.

Dislikes

Most disappointing part to work is, no one is self-motivated, not even manager supports your individual actions.

Its really good working here. Work life balance you can manage effortlessly Appreciated for your hard work

Definitely some points are in improvement can provide better payments/salary Not having office amenities like refreshment, not have best food

...omment is dislikes ,i have work more than 4and half years but,as a financially .there has been growth, and no any salary growth shows in last 4 year .finally i have left the job for financial and salary.

Salary on time, system is too good and working culture is very well

Dislikes

They have only 1 product LAP only self-employed profile, where turnover is more than 1 crore. They are doing only Approved and Regularized property but ROI is 2% to 2.5% is above than other banks. They want cream file like HDFC Bank but not offer HDFC Bank ROI.

Edelweiss was taking care of thier employees in lockdown also give salary time to time. Work culture is very good and have great experience to work with edelwiess.

Dislikes

There are some issue but i dont want to share it about company. Over all it is good company.
