Dislikes

Selected for the TEQIP- iii project. Once the project is completed we stand nowhere. At least a job assurance should be given for the upcoming project to the deserving candidates.

No job security, less working environment, Poor management, EdCIL based on consultancy charges, not having control on Project, where skilled manpower recruited by EdCIL.

Dislikes

No fair recruitment, not maintaining transparency in recruitment, not publishing result in web-site. working condition is very poor, chances to poor quality of work in achievement of target. Higher Management is failure to give appropriate direction in implementation of the Project.

Likes

The company is one of the fastest growing PSUs. It has been continuously profit making.Technology project implementation and Advisory services in Education sector are the focus. The areas are targeted to grow at the highest pace given the thrust on demographic dividend. The sector is presently estimated to spend about Rs 10 lac crores per annum. The company has an ambitious medium term plan. The new recruits are assured of outstanding learning and career growth. The company has a flat structure where an employee gets an opportunity to get the big picture and get hands on business/project expeience covering strategising and implementation.

Dislikes

The company would appear interesting to those interested in continuous learning and organisation. Candidates desiring to work in a 'matured' and 'slow changing' environment may not completely enjoy the experience.
