1. You will get WFH if required up to ur manger and kind of work. 2. Company culture is good. 3. No politics because of young workforce and you leaders. 4. Great learning opportunities for freshers in the field of motor ,solar based product like frizzr and cold room. 5. Very good IOT and embedded team. 6. You ideas are always welcomed also you can directly reach out founder also if u have new ideas. 7. All things written as per working with R&D team

1. No timely appraisal, mostly it take place in NOV and DEC. 2. Two division are there Ecofrost and Ecotrone Ecoforst registerd person never get its variable pay out in full. 3. Variable pay out is not on time. 4. Dont join in mid of the year if you want to get counted for full year increment cycle. 5. No training for anything , if you have to learn you have to do it by own , no initial handholding for new comers. 6.

Colleague are supporting at a specific point. Having good work culture, Their HR team is good organized various programs.

At some point they just put unnecessary workload on you. Even on holiday they force you to work wherever you are. Also having little politics and having lots of communication gaps between teams that also effect other. Other Departments always try to put you down and doesn't support or help .
