There is a written commitment to serve the organization for 3 years, breaking which one has to pay INR1 lakh which is heavy if you are from economically backward environment. Salaries have always been a problem; Mostly paid late and uncertainty in pay schedule; Not suitable for family people; Expected to work for extra hours with No compensation for the extra hours of work. Cannot see an IT company culture.No standard practices for SDLC. The technology in use is also out-dated or which has limited openings outside. The overall outlook of the management needs to change

At first doesn't know anything about ERP and the way our Mentor teaches everything I liked it and the role customer support executive really suits me and understanding queries and solving them was an interesting work and meeting &having discussion with great people of the industry and going to client place and trianing to the users I obviously like the work

Dislikes

Everyone has to treat with respect .I don't like blaming game anytime everyone has to perform their work instead all multi tasks works were given to good performing ones and still giving same salary is not acceptable and at the end of the project we need some appreciation that is not here
