Senior will learn from you (expected you to give solution for every problem ) career growth - not at all (they will give 2 digit hike if you put down the paper else no hike) appraisal - this thing don't exists here only bad words you will get. work environment - Toxic Innovation - you have to do this after working hours with manager permission which will take credit for your innovation if success for failed you are the responsible. Work-Life Balance - no work life balance work till get exhausted no extra curriculum activity .

Management thinks they can bully employees and using bad words are pride for them - they don't even have common sense about development environment.

Nothing to Like , i have not written the review in anger but to protect someone who's life can be ruined in a moment i am here to save that person only - even if you want to join after reading my comment i can understand your need but be ready to get humiliate and not cry.

... to you and support to the people they like especially the CTO IS HIGHLY BIASED. WILL NEVER KEPT HIS WORDS ABOUT SALARY HIKE. AND PLAYS POLITICS.

No job security - if you are making money for them then only your job is secure. Management - too much politics Company policy's are all against workers.

Nothing to like in here full politics - I left the company is less than year. If you are fresher don't join at interview they will offer good package to take you later then will push you to do what 5 years experience person can do if you are unable to do it you will be put on Performance Observation which is only for to cut your salaries into unexpected amount you will receive penny after a month of hard work. No cafeteria No transport No hikes All Liers just on snap on fingers they will change their words

Policy's they will take all your payment when you resign. (Better not join at start) Holidays - they have added all festival holidays on weekends (indirectly no company holiday)
