Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

I was disappointed by their working as it claims mnc,but has not standards like an mnc in workplace or ethics. Managers are just playing with numbers not achieving targets and prices are too high compared to the competitors in market.still waiting for my full n final payment for 1 year.

Never got daily allowance and incentives when worked for 4 months also used my personal funds 10k to get trained in the headquarters Pune which I never get reimbursed.

No proper increment false incentive scheme it's better to work as swiggy delivery boy any one can call at time to scold can terminate on finger swipe deducted hard earm money which is spend on travels No innovation and leadership approach No credit for work done credits are taken by higher authorities including the head
