Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ...Religion biased 2. No Proper work timings 3. No holidays are given except Eid 4. Not providing any Offer letter, Salary slips, PF, Medical Issuance 5. Not Safe for Girls, DO NOT JOIN if you are Female 6. Used abuse language by management while talking 7. They are taking all your originals documents while joining and when you asked them for return that they will force you to work here only. Above are the just 20% of issues that are here, remaining are unable to describe here also. Just consider like its better if you don't have any job instead of doing here Humble request don't join here, we all are regretting, don't want other to face the same.
