Good work environment but culture is not good.not proper time maintenance company and salary is not pay current time very late cuttings

No career growth, no salary lavel is defined between experienced nd fresher, appraisal is nothing only 500 to 800 yrly which paid in month of July, Politics is very dirty more then real politics, work pressure is high sometime we works more then 12-14 hrs but no but no overtime benifits. Seniors want only work dnt think about their team problems. My over all experince is very bad in each nd every way.

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.
