without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

Ecom express was were good company.i was loving to work there salary was getting on time i learn many of things in ecom express

I dislike that mangement staff like hr security officer they was playing politics with staff they was removing old staff and they was taking there own person in company as new joining what they want they was doing in company and upper management was nothing doing to staff

Junior level is good, it is fun to work with them. He understands that coordinators do the place in Ecom Express

Top management listens to people who used to give floor news to others, even if someone was right, he would prove the right to be wrong No, there is promotion at the right time and do not make an increase, if you talk to HR, then talk to your manager, the manager does not answer any answer, then puts it in the PIP

It was good to work in E-Com Express because the salary used to come on time and also the timing of everything was right.

Dislikes

The biggest issue here was regarding promotion and transfer. Those who do not have connections at the top, nothing happens to them, they just stay at one place.

Good working environment, salary on time, clear policies of management. Everyone is given equal opportunity to grow and explore. If anyone is not comfortable in the current role , the company shifts to other depend /locations bit will never fire you.

Dislikes

Sometimes have to stay back at DC due to excess customer orders and load .
