Junior level is good, it is fun to work with them. He understands that coordinators do the place in Ecom Express

Top management listens to people who used to give floor news to others, even if someone was right, he would prove the right to be wrong No, there is promotion at the right time and do not make an increase, if you talk to HR, then talk to your manager, the manager does not answer any answer, then puts it in the PIP

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.

Salary comes on time last day of month.

Dislikes

...Old people are saved as working for 5+ years. No promotion around 2℅ increment . If any theft occurs ur salary we will make sure it deducts from it. Meaningless and pointless meetings are taken after our Duty bother us for 3 to 4 hours. Will change shifts for no reason. Every 6 months need to find job. Being targetted as above for leaving premises.
