There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work timing(12 to 14 hours)not good no week off no leaves only for FE's supervisor only seeing mail box and phone following that's all as superior work doing on FE but supervisor take week off and leave because supervisor brother in law of cluster I have no need support so I resigned the job

Junior level is good, it is fun to work with them. He understands that coordinators do the place in Ecom Express

Top management listens to people who used to give floor news to others, even if someone was right, he would prove the right to be wrong No, there is promotion at the right time and do not make an increase, if you talk to HR, then talk to your manager, the manager does not answer any answer, then puts it in the PIP

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that
