... big cafeteria pool table. Company policies are good , aparaisal up to the boss. Salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot's of piolitics. Not growing up to the mark. Boss does not address our issues.

Very low salary for DCM staff, iam working in 10 years but take home salary 23000 /- only. .. Note. My emp code is 23141 Hr removed the system without priyor information... HO pls consider about that

without any reason they deduct the salary of the delivery boys and after sending the mail it is found out that it was deducted by mistake from finance team and they get it refunded and this is their process every month.
