New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Very Small team in India, colleagues are cooperative, the global team based out of Singapore & Switzerland is very supportive, competitive salary, performance incentives and fringe benefits are really good.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

Not a MNC culture, micro management by country head, no value for managers, there is absolutely no succession planning, country manager exerting all powers including the minutest decisions is hampering the growth, innovation & Employee morale.
