The management coming from BPO. Can't even speak english fluently. Work on every weekends without pay. Nikhil Patil, this person will make you work like a slave and then if you deny work they will put you in PIP.

...wrong people, like non-SAP experienced managers and in-experienced Consultants. Also the cost cutting is one more reason for wrong people in the team, genuine consultants will be costly as always in-experienced people are not so.

Sudden policy changes in terms of bonus and promotion. No intimation, bonus will come with lockin or retention clause, that was not communicated early. Policy changes based on their wish.

HR team do things on their own way Hikes are given less even they start some Lumsum amount saying salary was more time of joining of an employee they need to take that step. scenario with out taking correct initiateve.
