Nothing... but I found very few people who were really good and helpfull rest all are as mentioned.

...k in home town so can't work in office as WFM as I don not have company laptop.. Now I get to know that I won't get next month salary ... Really this is the time when I should get it without even bothering about it. They will hire you in contract mentioning that after 6 month you will be permant but it's not like that you have to serve atleast 24 Months to get converted that too in same salary. Management is extremely poor specially Operations.

Job security , Good work culture, Manager and supervisor are friendly, Depends on your skill and performance your appraisal will be there.

No Boost up or Encouragement, if you are working more than 10 years also,company follow the appraisal cycle as per policy.

Getting the exposure of the Building management system was a great learning for me. Is a good opportunity for early career candidates to learn about the system for 1-2 years. Additionally, there will be a drastic change in your communication as we have daily discussions with the US team, while handling store and technician calls.

Dislikes

There was no room for growth or very minute opportunity I can say, and that would be filled by the person whom the superiors like or someone from their region. Secondly, the appraisal was not promising, its like the management doesn't care if someone is happy with the salary or not. Lastly, the repeated change in the shift timings and week-offs messes up your personal lifestyle.

Only choose this place to work if you're not finding anywhere else, work life is it too hectic and they'll pressurise you a lot

Dislikes

They'll put you on any kind of shift, any week off, split week off, if you ask for leave they'll adjust it as your weekoff.
