Good work environment and culture. All Teammates and colleagues are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good. Management plans for a trip once in a month and party'too

Management needs to think before taking a decision atleast there should be 2 decision makers and choose right candidate for the right opportunities.

While working in e Code Dash, I never felt that I am working outside, the whole team used to work like a family.

As long as I did the job, we were like a family, I never felt anything wrong, everyone used to live very well, the team was very supportive.
