This company is good for learning new skills. New responsibilities are given which are good for learning something new. Place for new innovation will be given.

Dislikes

The CEO and the Marketing Officer are the big liars. Never trust them at any cost. Training will not be provided. New employees are judged based on their current job ready skills. Trainees are not paid (Even the experienced are never paid enough). Worst senior teammates.(especially a senior developer who has ego equal to size of this planet). Employees have no assurance of their job, i.e. they can be told to leave the company anytime. No travelling facility. No computer/laptops are provided by the company. Employees need to bear everything themselves. Worst work environment. Worst work planning. Products will be delivered without proper testing. Employees are made to sit for nights (purposely).
