The benefits and the compensation is good.

Dislikes

An absolute misogynistic management (especially SAM Team) where women are offered to work, however, their is no growth; there is no appreciation, the management only promotes very few women. Women are basically treated like "She is working and getting paid. What else does she want?" This is feedback is exclusive to Atlantis office in Ahmedabad as I'm totally unaware of how the work culture is at Mumbai and Westborough. There is a set of favorites of each manager/lead (group of guys) and they are the ones who actually get good appraisals, additional responsibilities and all kinds of recognition.

No career growth. No skill growth Impractical deadlines Its all about numbers game. You get more points for quantity of work and not for quality of work Bad health insurance Extra tax got deducted tue to 'technical error' as per payroll team

Politics runs in the veins of every MNC. The upper management will always remain a challenge in large organizations. But you won't realize it much while working here. Hard work is greatly appreciated by the upper Management here.
