...the work life balance is pretty much awesome when compared to outside companies. Compensation is something which we debate in every company and so much trouble. Job is secured and the company has completed 22 years with a good face of scope in the market.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. My part was to handle onsite clients with latest products, coordinate, implementation and train them. It was always good to be onsite and help each client with the implementation process.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. There was no respect or helping nature from the senior management even you are senior most in the team. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I had to work on my free time during weekend or after hours for the company related work and that was not a good balance of work and life together. I always got appreciation emails from each client but never appreciated by management team but instead they discourage you saying you been doing this for a long time. I believe growth, respect and motivation matters to everyone where you go and not to look for a loop holes so their employees don't get raises every year. There is always a lack of communication department to department and they can throw you out of the bus for any reasons and blame you for example asking questions something you don't know.

1. Job Security ( exact same as Government Job) 2. Employee benefits ( Average Salary + Medical Insurance + Work From Home (Hybrid) + subsidy food price for full meal

Dislikes

... Day Ahmedabad Office was working but Maharashtra office was having holiday. 6. Apart from regular salary , job security and medical insurance no other benefits.

Likes

Salary on time. Good monetary benefits. Enough paid leaves for a year and no restrictions. Hybrid , WFH or office - choose yourself.

Dislikes

There are lesser opportunities to learn other modules of the product or to learn new skills.

An absolute misogynistic management (especially SAM Team) where women are offered to work, however, their is no growth; there is no appreciation, the management only promotes very few women. Women are basically treated like "She is working and getting paid. What else does she want?" This is feedback is exclusive to Atlantis office in Ahmedabad as I'm totally unaware of how the work culture is at Mumbai and Westborough. There is a set of favorites of each manager/lead (group of guys) and they are the ones who actually get good appraisals, additional responsibilities and all kinds of recognition.
