Worked here more than 3 years. I had terrible experience with this company. Mentors and seniors do not know how to manage work. They put evey work on developer(creating documents, development,testing and Database management) . So it is not sure that you will only get development work here. On top of that, they give unrealistic dead lines which makes work hectic. I won't recommend anyone to work in this company. If anyone wants work life balance then this company is definitely not for them. If you have other offers in your hand so go with that don't choose this company.

...cellent. Work culture is superb. You'll be able to maintain work life balance. Company has a policy to pay extra money for extra hours of work on weekends. However very rarely, One would be working on weekends.

No major dislikes I can think of.

Likes

There are very few companies who takes care of employees in way that ECW does. Lots of perks including frequent Amazon gift cards, Insurances for family including parents, Diwali bonus, transport facility, food at subsidized rate. Company has started funding scholarship program for childern of deceased employees. Overall very good Company. Very few companies can match the ECW when it comes employees satisfaction.

Dislikes

Hike in appraisal is more or less same for every developer of same experience. It should be based on skill level. Quite less chance of learning new technology if you are strucked in certain depts.

Salary on time, Diwali bonus, leave policy, transportation, medi-claim, fixed sat and sun off, free food, work culture, celebrations.

Dislikes

Salary is not as per the designation, also people with non - IT background are at higher post.
