Salary is on time but they will try to deduct as much as possible. So you have to be very calculative and precise about your half days, sick leaves, shift allowance, etc.

Dislikes

The company's moto is "All work and no play". There is no job security. They made tremendous loss after acquiring Personiv and started firing employees, just to keep the head above water and now in the verge of shutting it down. It is a company where nepotism is encouraged and things will against you if you bring this to management's attention.

...ke is spoon feed to her and there is no commitment fulfilled by management ever. Overall bad experience with company and just upto resign due to over sales pressure and no increase in salary where the targets getting doubled in last 1 year however they haven’t made any incentive or increment program so there is no reason for doing such high sales if we will not getting something.

...full of Politics and harassment to the employees by middle level of hierarchy. poor salary with min increament of 500 Per Month to maximum of 1500 per month for Analyst level. IJP movement is really tuff and no support from the teams, for the desired Job within Organisations.
