They make new joiners to be on verification for a long time without paying them and later they hire cheaper employee and tell people that your are no more required

They won't throw you out of office on poor performance but will definitely defame you in front of your teammates & will compel you to leave the job eventually (as seen with many cases).

Complaints which are escalated are never resolved. Even if you make complaint about someone's behaviour, cunningness at delegating tasks is never resolved. Also, PMs treat you like trash even when you work with dedication levels of moon and back for project/epics. PM will never support you & will blame you for their mistakes in front of clients & owner of the company. PM will keep only those people in lead position of a team who will never make any complaints about him, even if those leads are not at all skillful/deserving to be at their designation. In short, if you make complaint about someone & become bluntly honest at PM or egoistic lead's face, then you will instantly become their enemy. And they'll start blaming you for things even if you have successfully delivered 100 things. So, it has a very unprofessional, abusive, enmity filled environment. Appraisals are also not good even when u work for 12-14 hours a day to diliver your work on time. Alternate Saturdays are off, also the PM will call you to work even on Saturdays and Sundays which are off. No maternity or menstrual leaves policies for women employees. Rude behaviour towards women by people in higher authority. If some tough/difficult/complex task/work is done by a woman then it's never made recognised but if a small/trivial task/work is done by a man then he's appreciated in front of everyone. You can see office politics in front of your eyes very clearly in this place.

Better wait and join another company then joining here, they will make you to work for bytevolt company which is in us and then they wont respind you even any problem they will be harsh and misguide you. They ruined my career please dont join
