Work at ECHS POLYCLINIC DHUBRI, is an wonderful place for work specially with the staff, and working for the ex-servicemen is my honour.

Dislikes

As a data entry operator the salary is very less, and we don't have any security for the job.

Likes

Discipline, punctuality, health care environment and culture are excellent. Management under defense is transparent and care oriented. Defense policies are very clear and gives good exposure to life.

Dislikes

Pay and salary package is fixed and constant growth is slow. Everyone has to serve bond period of 2 years.

Likes

There is nothing to like about ECHS. Once a person enters ECHS they realise their future is not even secure nor their salary is gonna increase. I am just working here because i have no other option and always have a fear of termination whenever the year ends.

Dislikes

A person’s future is not secure and salary hikes are also not there. Hoax news about salary hikes come around every year. Wives of ARMY OFFICERS take away the vacancies and once a civilian gets appointed, he is bound to get replaced once an army wife applies for that vacancy.

There is no job security as it is a one year contract job. Very minimal salary to the clerk and it's ₹16,800/- only

There is work like military norms. Salary package is not sufficient to the work we performed

Echs is mainly for retired people cool job for senior citizens. Cool.job with good pay , proud to be associated with defence organisation. It gives u a good identity in the society .

Dislikes

There is no surety for job . Work stress is more. No respect for doctors in the organisation. Very limited holidays , it's a contractual job u can be terminated at any time . Have to work only for money no other use like career growth . Use only as a temporary ladder for job settlement.
