Right from letting my creativity go independent while working for some big clients, to trusting me with a leadership role within 3 months of my joining, the organization has played a big part in my career growth. I am about to finish 3 years in the company, and my work life is still as fun as ever. It almost feels like a family. The office culture is so maintained that the CEO himself is approachable as a friend. Got a problem? Just walk into the management and solve it out over a packet of Kurkure. It has the perfect balance of fun and formal. Fun when it's fun and formal enough to make sure you grow professionally and productivity is maximum. Couldn't have asked for a better place to start my career as a Writer. While talking about the culture, I wouldn't miss out on the technical aspect as well. My skills as a Content Writer grew in 2 ways. 1. By letting me take the risks and experiment with some of the biggest brands 2. Experienced mentors silently watching over and guiding whenever there is a slip. Great launchpad for sure!

The best part of this agency is opportunities to explore new things, experimenting with live projects and get valuable experience. This is the 4th company I am working for since I started my career and I have never seen such an amazing work culture and management team. Yean, when it comes to management team, everyone is easily approchable and ready to listen employee's concern. Apart from work, management team is always open to help for some personal problems. Another best part for here is we can set the goals for ourself and management is ready to support in all the aspects to acheive it. We don't get features in most of the other digital marketing agencies in Chennai. I am very proud to be an echoVMEan

The client was horrible and we were expected to take the abuse instead of any form of support. Working 24/7 was something that was unacceptable. Really had high hopes for this place was very sad this was the case. Management can do and be better. Also should give a small breather for the employees and not the clients.
