Absolutely nothing! This job is literally a scam they manipulate people by telling them it’s a brand ambassador job which literally is a glorified title for a salesman you need to go from store to store to sell the products and will have to travel to different states as well.

There’s no fixed pay , the pay is literally performance basis and it’s weekly.Hence, they’ll only pay you if you make good sales otherwise you’ll be left with nothing

ITS A SCAM!!! DO NOT BELIEVE WHEN THEY SAY IT WILL BE SALARY BASED IN 3 MONTHS. IT'S INCENTIVE UNTIL YOU REACH A POSITION WHERE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE 20-25 MEMBERS UNDER YOU THAT TOO DOING A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF BUSINESS MONTHLY. Tries to use you as their puppets by giving you some useless motivational speeches. Work life balance is 0. No human feeling. Treats all the employees as robots.

Can learn so many things from the company..But the work we do and the salary which is based upon performance doesn't have any match.

...OXIC af. My trainer (she) was so f rude. I used to cry in the washroom everyday. They don't give you any salary it's completely commission based. In my span of a month I hardly earned 5k, although I gave my 300%. They won't allow you to make friendships with other BAs (this made me doubt about the company from day 1) If you are from a middle class family I REQUEST YOU NOT TO JOIN ECHOBOOOM. They will fake promise you and will end your career saying you will get promoted. ( You certainly will get promoted But again same work of roaming streets day and night to earn money)
