If it was 2017 to 2020, I would have rated Echo India as a 5-star organization but for the past 1-1.5 years company's culture is totally spoiled and now below any standard product-based organization.

Growth, appraisal and learnings all depend upon how much the operation manager likes you. Toxic environment because of favoriteeism and too much politics.

As compared to other tech companies Echo provide different work culture and flexibility where employees can balance their personal life easily. There are lot of learning opportunities anyone can experience.

Dislikes

Small organisation, less in space to accommodate current workforce but easily manageable with hybrid culture, if strength grows then definitely problem will be here.
