New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

As a fresher engineer this is one of the best company to work with. You will get opportunity to explore how actually engineering works. Absolutely no pressure by department, fully friendly department, HOD supportive and the best part is company timing and this flexible shift. Also facility given to the staff members is also great. Best company to work for maintenance engineer.

In pandemic situation Echjay Forging step up for workers safety. Like thermal screenings, mask provides, sanitizer at every places. Echjay takes responsibility to every vehicle for loading-unloading satize before and After Loading . We will making social distancing at conferences hall , working Areas, canteens,etc. Overall I fill fully safe in COVID19 pandemic situation in ours factory. Thank you. GAURAV VILAS TATKARE.

The work pressure is very high,here growth is slow, important working not given to me from senior level it means GST related,tax related so my knowledge growth is very average.day to day same working no other activities. Work load extra but pay scale limited.
