At Echelon Edge there is no boss culture, everyone in the management is helpful and reachable, if you are ready to take responsibility then your year of experience doesnot matter, they will give you very good opportunity. Learning is also good.

Dislikes

Earlier till 2022, everything was good. But now the overall company is not being managed very well, vision of company is not very clear. Sales and marketing team is pain area of Echelon Edge.

Good management , friendly environment , very good knowledge transfer , hike is depends on performance and it's really very good.

For freshers it's 2yrs bond i think sometimes it needed because of project and client requirements for freshers it's also good but sometimes if they get some better opportunity then they can't change within 2yrs
