Organization has worked with top-level clients over the years and have made a decent enough name for themselves. Team members are encouraging and supportive. Business unit head is approachable and willing to listen to your challenges and help you come to a solution, if feasible.

Dislikes

Work environment: Needs an overhaul in management approach. Organization needs to ensure they value their resources and not take them for granted - over-working them (14-17 hrs/day, even weekends and no work-from-home option!) with no acknowledgement/ encouragement for a job well done(real-time and during yearly appraisal) - leading to a high attrition rate since morale has taken a hit. Organization keeps trying to bite off more than it can chew, taking on more projects than the team can handle or are equipped to. Training: Investment in these resources through on-job-training and innovation is also necessary so as to ensure better service outcome and more confidence to take on new challenges and tasks. Infrastructure: Work-space and shared spaces (washrooms, lunch area, recreation) could be improved. HR barely exists, challenges/issues faced by the team falls on deaf ears. Accounting dept delays reimbursements which is very demotivating for the team. Increased team building activities could help boost morale and encourage team members to share their concerns rather than packing up and running for the exit! All the above has directly impacted the client base who are slowly losing faith in the organization.
