Working in EC blades Nd tools gives an opportunity to learn so much about fabrication because we have many new development projects there. In recent days we were developing Complete Engine shell for CLW kolkata. Appraisals and wages are always on time . Overall its good working there.

Dislikes

One thing the company lags at management team. If we have a good management team then sure this company would turn into a big name in Indian market.

If you are a hard worker with smart skills , you will get what you want and if not so then you have a very good opportunities to learn the things , Senior Management is excellent .......i have learned a lot of things from the Director apart from the technical experience ( it was my good luck to work with him)
