They give month salary when the Indian was lock down but after the lock down open they no give increment to employee the company is earning but they tell always covid is running then they will not give year increment to employee so this is very bad conditions for employee. Company is more earning than their expectations but they shown the employee the company is not working proper way. We hope comeing month they will be increase the salary of employee and give better satisfaction to us.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
