Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Company / group overall is very excellent. Job is much much secure here. working culture is just good or just above average hare. Management is good for higher ranked employees. Company policies varies employee to employee even on same rank. work satisfaction laver is good. freedom to work.

Growth is very slow for second line employee. Top management thinks about theirselves. there is lots of lots of politics in company's atmosphere. working environment is good. work-life balance is good. salary / appraisal varies for employee to employee and depends a lot on the kindness of senior. its is just average here. learning / training are just formalities. job is secure. but lots of things are just done here only because management has to so to government.

Staff is supportive from managers to colleagues, so to adjustment in this company culture is very easy for not only me i guess for all who have joined n surely will join in future. Till now my oberall experience is fantastic and i am looking it for further also.

hi , I m already worked with that company in account department form 13 yers i have done my experience ..but i m truly share my opponion to ebro india ..it s good company but not support low designation worker...simply i would to say it is only managers company ..
