Decent salary for a place like dehradun and trying to grow the corporate culture and use of Salesforce as project management tool.

No clarity on job role at the time of selection. It's all black and white and later they put the candidate in any role without their consent. It's mostly bd roles. Working hours are also exhausting.

No work from home option available. Appraisal is more or less fixed. Does not matter you are working more or less.

It's good for giving out opportunities to freshers. The salary is credited on time.

The entire company runs on cost cutting. The management is inefficient in handling work and employee demands. Appraisals are laughable.

No as such work pressure. If you perform good you will be appreciated. Being a mid size company salary is always on time. CEO himself is an Employee centric which is a plus point.

Well there is always a scope of important, which comes with time. Hope Ebizon will work on their shortcomings and do well in future.

They need robot not a human being for the company. The most thing of this company I like that their policy always changes day by day. They are not remian stable with single policy and don't faith on employees.

I don't understand their policy that some people has choice to work from home and rest of the team has to work from office only. The company HR especially senior HR they hired to say lie and provide wrong guidance to employees and you can say they can do everything for company's senior manager and CEO. My friends you understood well.
