Increment and salary, salary get delayed. There is no job security . No proper management,. Poor HR policy . Lots of working hours, project manager force to work 12 hrs and Saturday Sunday as well.

Not supporting much during Covid 19 Pandemic. Salary is reduced from last 4 months for infinite time despite of working full time with high work pressure.

Working culture, Micromanagement and employee benefits are poor.

...h works specially core product side . If you go sb rd office man you are lucky. No hike . Works on weekends. If task not complete then they give threat of they will remove you from company.

...t accusation by Ebix, Company Policies were not employee friendly, Job security was there but the employee compensation were not proper

Employee compensation were not as per the market standard, no extra facilities like Free transportation, Free food, Work From Home, Gym, Medical insurance etc.

Work culture is good. Guidance and support from senior and colleague.

Dislikes

Appraisal not happening on time. Infrastructure is old, using old hardware and technology. Resources using old machine and laptops most of them do not have batteries.
