Only internal po which can be avoided if you work individually . Need to mention a person named Rajesh who one of the major reason for politics. Egoistic person and any one go against him he will find one or other way to target them. Starting will behave too nice and friendly but actual very cunning and back stabber. Also will ask huge amount of money and not return back. And most of the girls inside are uncomfortable with him asks Instagram ID and phone numbers try to keep personal contact if you avoid this one person the company is just awesome

Nothing much / can get promotion if we perform outstanding for 1 year

Everything/ low salary / HR is the worst y have to go around 1000 times to get something like appraisal letter/ offer letter everytime they will say they forgot such a disappointment // politics is very high / some senior employee is still there after getting so much complaint regarding his behavior towards girls //worst management// we are not getting government holidays because management is scared to ask for holiday to the clients

Salary credit procedures are poor. They will not give salary on first week if we take leave with or without permission.They postponed the salary dates up to 15th of the month.

...cky to work with Eben as the company ensured the wellbeing of the staffs always. Also, I could say this is the only company ensured 100% salary during the Covid time. HR was so generous in supporting the operations to ensure everyone is Happy even though the client's payments were under hold during the pandemic. Glad to say Mr. Sam Thomas (MD) was so generous to ensure everyone is safe and salaried almost 1.6 years without even coming to office. Mrs Bindu ( HR Manager) were always available to hear employees.Truly a great Mom for all the employees.Simple & yet so strong Mrs Devi Pillai ( Ops Head) was so confident in running the business during difficult times & her guidence cannot be neglected whatsoever. Mr Abraham George, Mr. Thomas, Mr Manoj, Mrs Sana & Mr Suviraj, the real pillars of the organization with so many years of experience have helped me to run the business smoothly during my tenure.
