-Great place to learn and see you ideas taking shape . -Continuous management lessons /ides from CEO and he is very much approachable. -Top management very supportive. -Provide ample opportunities to grow in respective domain/department. -Employees are recognized and incentivized for good works/ sales lead closure/getting new vendors on board.

Dislikes

-Need to plan for more engagement activities by the HR. -Need to look for more incentive rewards for the Blue collars and the site managers post completion of any big projects. -Need to organize skill development programs for the execution team to be at par with the latest sports infra works.

You get matured in sales and crm mgmt. Good exposure and hard work gives you lot of valuable connections in the industry.

Dislikes

CEO is clueless and lacks common sense .. he typically hires idi**ts at extremely higher salaries and later regrets when doesn't gets ROI. Has no plan or idea about company expansion. No respect for current employees despite hard work.
