What i like about the Eazygrad is the positive work culture and the motivating environment it fosters. The support from the managerial team and colleagues has been consistent and encouraging at every stage. I also appreciate how learning is prioritized, timely guidance and upskilling are provided in whichever domain we need. And talking about the work life balance - with flexible timings and half-day on saturdays.

The company has a toxic environment. The superiors are all inexperienced and manipulative who does not care about the team or employees. It is a failed company that is running by cutting the salaries of employees and that too for the most stupid reasons. Never join this company as it has the smallest office but people with even smaller brains. Shit companies like these should buzz off from the market!!

Its a workplace , where you can grow yourself professionally and individually both , the culture is so good and also the team members and the management is very supportive for the same , even you can upskill yourself anytime as there are so many ways for that.
