The company has a toxic environment. The superiors are all inexperienced and manipulative who does not care about the team or employees. It is a failed company that is running by cutting the salaries of employees and that too for the most stupid reasons. Never join this company as it has the smallest office but people with even smaller brains. Shit companies like these should buzz off from the market!!

The management’s conduct is unethical, as they coerce employee into resigning by withholding salaries without prior notification. If an individual seeks to resign amicably are subjected to harrasement and threats
