From march 2019 I haven't got my full salary. Ever month they are deducting the salary. Once we were getting only 25% salary and for a basic employee like me 25% means INR 5500. Employees are giving there best for this company growth but still they do not give value to there employees just false hope that work hard and you will get your full salary and when time comes for the salary they just inform 2 days prior that we will be deducting your salaries.

Likes

Being in sales, my hard work was my fruit. The company does not market their product well and expect the sales team to carry out each and every process. They have no clue where and how to spend.

Dislikes

...ill indirectly force you to quit by assigning odd tasks and unrealistic targets. They will not hesitate to cut money from the basic pay and will not consider that their employees have families depending on them. The work culture is pathetic. No medical benefits or any other benefits provided.

It's terrible to work there. They first provide you stipend of ₹30k then after some times start deduction around ₹5k on the name new govt policies. Also managers are worst there. There is no respect for the employees. Hr is always in useless stuffs never take the employee concern for serious base. Its h horrible office which is in running in the house. For them its business, but they are ruining the future of the new employee who just enter the corporate after the college. Guys seriously this is the concern matter. They also scam people on the name of credit card. Always makes false promises. Also they only have right to make the credit card but not to solve customer query related to card. They just blame the bank and when customer approach the bank they blame eazydiner. Also they use their employees for illegal outreach just to increase their revenue. Some one have to look in this matter.

Dislikes

No work culture. If you have to take leave you have to inform one week earlier because there is the roaster for every week. Many times they do not provide any leaves on needy based. You have to just beg them for the leave. Its not an organization, its just the business which is only benefits the higher authorities. There is no respect for the female employees too.
