No much flexibility like work from home etc..and career growth is very slow and salary hike is very average. All community activities led by company are on weekends taking employees family time..

Dislikes

Extended hours due to USA counterparts. Overburdening with additional work sometimes have to work on weekends. A bit slow in making pandemic related decision making but finally decisions are made, so that compensates. This is a cost centre requiring to impress US counterparts due to which leaders overcommit goals.

Good learning apportunity, good pay, good learning platform and infrastructure available, good employee policies, good work

Bit work life balance, late evening meetings due to global connect, high expectations from management

That's depends on your team in which you are working some teams are great with good culture and working management but some teams only focus on work with no management.

Good brand name outside and company is quite recognised too. The salary components are fixed no variable etc. Defined process of work.

Dislikes

Doesn't understand the hierarchy here, things are complex on roles and responsibilities. Not a good pay master, not much growth prospects and learning.
