Salary structure is good. No bonus or year end performance pay. you will get more in hand which is good. Culture is really good. Lot of apportunity & support for higher studies and any kind of learning.vbus facility for pickup & drop

Lot of work hence no work- life balance Slow growth for lateral hires & no promotion. Canteen food is very expensive & toxic for health. More preference and fast promotion to women employee as compared to male.

Overall the organisation is worth working in terms of job security and Pay .Also hybrid work model helps in maintaining Work life balance

In some of the groups, South Indian management is biased to their people in terms of performance and in case of greiviances .

Very ethical company, transparent work culture, very good team mates, customers from all over the world so good exposure, very good platform to enhance soft skills, strong focus on continuous improvement.

Very less chances to enhance technical knowledge for freshers, salary is not as per expectations for freshers, training program for freshers is very poor.

Most ethical, strong career building for every individual, good salary. I was working here for 2 years and 3 months. My experience was best. I left job because of my further education purpose.

Management is too bias. decisions are made based on the perceptions and not reality. To grow one does not need a techincal skills but one should have a skill of falling at the feet of managers and do what were they want to you to do.
