Good, Very Cooperative invironment, Company Policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Only A slogan is not good"Plug and Play.Taking some times to understand the work,there is Company Policy and management

...'t give any kind of appreciation. They don't respect with their female employee. They give very low salary and never give bonus

There seniors are very rude behaviour with their employees and there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Teammates are supportive and management is so bad ( floor managers head ) team leaders are very good behave likes friends ..and about cafeteria and other are good.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but targets are high if you can't compete your targets after training period then floor managers pressurised you to resign.and i think few people are there who are staying here since 6 month or 1 year... I was on medical leave but after some days when i come back then my TL told me you are fired its not a good behaviour like this with employees.

...portunities along with team environment was very good. It was enjoyable to work. After that especially in covid time there have been lot of salary deductions, layoffs, and overwork. Even saturdays were made working which earlier they were not. Nature of work also deteriorated.

Dislikes

Pre Sept 2019 - Very good environment, great team, growth opportunities were there but after that there has been nothing to feel good about. No work life balance especially in the covid time. Type of work also went from bad to worse. Lot of politics. No job security for most people, no appraisal. Lot of deductions.

Worst company didn't respect there employees they ,TL Talked like we are labours they know that sales in insurance sector are didn't came on daily bases but they forced uh to sit after 6:30 pm infact girls also girls goes home at 9 pm in winters
