I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I just posted my own job review as per my personal perspective before. Once i done is just because of the trouble not to happens to anyone and last time I gone there for my work experience letter. They says they can't provide you the experience letter "you wrote a negative review about our company" so they need to think about it and Hence they can't provide the work experience letter till now Just think why a worker writes this negatives its only because of the problem faced by the worker in that company. If they dont know just pinned this here : What is the law regarding experience certificate?Can a company not give experience certificate? It is every employee's right to receive an experience certificate.No employer can deny the experience certificate to his employees.Even there is no need to serve on notice period for the experience certificate.
