I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

I can take leave whenever I wanted to. Boss focus on learning

Dislikes

No paid leave, even half day and few minutes late salary deducted. No HR policy, rules are made according to the situation. No proper guidance, you have to learn everything through google. You can't take break more than half an hour. No good salary and appraisal, employer will not give salary to any of the employee for the last month. No job security, employer may ask you to leave anytime whenever he wants to without giving intimation. No celebrations or activities done to encourage employees.
